A Must for Walking in Greece
I used the Tinos Island map and I found it to be very accurate. It helped me find my way when the marks on a supposedly way marked trail stopped all of a sudden. One bug though: whenever I switched to another app - keeping the Tinos map in Anavasi open - the Anavasi reset itself to the start page and I had to start all over again. It would be more useful if the map that one was using last stayed open. It would also be useful if one could plan one’s own walks. This may be possible, but I didn’t find out how. So if it can be done, an explanation is needed. But even if it’s not perfect, the app is very good. I wouldn’t go walking in Greece without it. The appropriate map has to be downloaded before the walk of course. Each map costs currently 5 €, which I find a fair price.
