Well says enough, useless.

Update from 7th of July 2024: They still didn't add Apple Pay as a payment method, so you still have to have your credit card with you and type all the information in the fields. You can't even safe your credit card for the next purchase. That's so bad. It's basically the same as buying it at the machine in that regard. Potential is there, but absolutely not used. Original entry from 1st of May 2024: The app itself is quite OK, sometimes it just crashes out of nowhere and you can't start it anymore, unless you restart your phone. But in general, I am surprised that it works kind of well. The most annoying thing is that they don't support Apple Pay. Why? It would make the payment process so much easier and would be really a big advantage compared to the machines at the metro stations that often don't work or have problems. Please include Apple Pay into this app. This is so important!

The app can't even be opened and used the functions

The app doesn‘t start, although it only requires at least iOs 15.0.

Doesn’t save the Credit card info, no Apple Pay. Why can’t I use the app without an Andante card? Hope this will get better!

Instalei a app, abro e devolve o ecrã com o logotipo e não segue para nenhum menu.

Descarrego a APP e depois nem abre. Fica com o ecrã com o símbolo e nada.

App de pessimamente usabilidade e ainda invalidou meu cartão

A aplicação deixou de funcionar, e fica apenas na tela inicial com o logo do Andante.
