Angkas is a great app/service for motorcycle taxi. There are time nga lang na mahirap makapag book pero may nagaaccept parin naman but never naman aq nalate kapag naka angkas. Riders are also kind tho meron talagang mga pasaway but i don’t generalize them. Great app. 5 star experience.

I booked a cashless ride around 12 AM, and it was accepted. I patiently waited for the driver to reach the pick-up location. I even texted the rider for an update because I was considering canceling the ride if there was an issue with the booking.

I was shocked when the trip was marked as completed and I was charged, even though the driver hadn't moved at all.

Your customer service is a mess! There’s no real-time agent to contact for issues like this. Unlike other apps, where you can reach a live agent to resolve problems immediately, this platform offers no such support.

Please resolve this issue—I was charged for nothing, and it feels like a scam!
