i’ve worked on a very important set for two whole days and the moment i upgraded my subscription and linked an account to icloud, the set got deleted. i can’t find it anywhere, its a nightmare! all this time wasted😭

IT’S NOT REAL ANKI
I bought it by accident, because of the same name but it’s not the real Anki and it’s terrible. Also I can’t EXPORT cards from Anki to Quizlet which is even worse.
Seems nice but performance is lacking
The app generally seems nice and I like it, I even bought Premium to use it but I am disappointed with its performance and stability, it sometimes becomes very slow and the only way to solve it is to kill it , restart it and hope that it will be working fine. This should not happen for any app, especially for the one that you have to pay for . Hopefully they will fix it
FAKE ANKI
DO NOT GET FOOLED! AnkiPro wasn’t made by the same person who’s made the desktop app. They just named themselves ‘AnkiPro’ to ride off the success of the open source software made by Damien Elmes. Flash cards made in this knockoff cannot be exported into desktop Anki.

Uploading files
When I upload file app tells me to update to newest version, but I installed up 5 minuets ago.
