A Place for Inspiration and Attention
There are always some thoughts that deserve more attention than others and Any Text is supporting me in having those thoughts, quotes, or simple text snippets at a place where I see them most often. It's the provervial note on the fridge door of my Mac. Herbert A. Simon, nobel-laureate in 1978, coined the term of "attention economics" when he wrote "In an information-rich world, the wealth of information means a dearth of something else: a scarcity of whatever it is that information consumes. What information consumes is rather obvious: it consumes the attention of its recipients. Hence a wealth of information creates a poverty of attention and a need to allocate that attention efficiently among the overabundance of information sources that might consume it." Any Text helps me at keeping some things at the forefront of my attention and I'm thankful to Sindre for creating and maintaining it!
