The app is good, but I want to cancel my plan, however the mange subscriptions does not work. It does not open when I press on it. 
I do not have time in the new year so I want to cancel the renewal. 
Not sure if it is my mistake, but “manage subscriptions” is in blue, everything else opens up in that colour. I cannot find any other place to manage the subscription from. 
It is frustrating.

It’s a great app with good books, but every time I stop listening and go out of the app it goes back to the beginning of the book. This makes me mad, as I pay every year for the app and they can’t fix this?? I always need to screenshot where I stop listening so that when I listen again I can remember which chapter I stopped at. This is very frustrating!! Can it be fixed?!

Please assist - I lost all my downloads with the new update at Monday 16 September. You use please assist. The best app ever.

Please note. The chapter search bottom left corner when you're in the audio book is not actioned sinCE the last upgrade.

Good day, kindly advise why I cannot jump chapters, I’m currently listening to the Covenant of Water and it keeps going back to chapter one whenever I stop and come back to the book. It’s a long book and it’s getting annoying not being able to jump to whatever chapter that I am currently on.

This app has so much potential, but it’s just riddled with bugs :( One infuriating bug is that my audiobooks often default back to the very start when I come back to them after having paused or minimized the app. There also doesn’t seem to be a contact centre to assist with complaints/problems.

To make it worse, I can’t select the chapter from the chapter list, so have had to scroll through chapter by chapter to get to my place. My son and I really enjoyed Anyplay. Great interface, easy to search and find titles and a wide variety. Unfortunately, it seems David Walliams has been suddenly removed from the available library. So I’m cancelling and going with another app that has the books we like to listen to. We were halfway through Ice Monster as well, so I bought the paperback so that my son could hear the rest of it.

This App is dreadful as you can never start off where you left off in your book. I do a lot a travelling in my car and this app is a risk as you have to swipe through each chapter to try and find your last place in the book. 2nd time I’ve used this app and while the content is great the app is really crap. I rather pay more and drive safe knowing I have a better app to use.
