The advertisements cause audio from my music app to stop playing. And hijacks the player so I can’t play from my headphones.   Other apps play both audio feeds at the same time ( so no excuses )

Also the pop-up alerts freeze the interface and I have to force quit.

I have trouble finding the most important stories on this app. Compared to the Reuters app which I used to use almost exclusively, the AP one seems to have less organization or at the very least, less prioritization of top stories. I would like to know that the feed curates for only what is important. On the AP app I find myself scrolling and scrolling, which is not what I want.

V3.51.333 Notifications disappear!! Whenever I click on an individual notification, it immediately takes me to the article in the AP app. This is a grand thing! However, all of the remaining AP notifications disappear from the iOS Notification Center. This would not be a problem if within the app there were a place to see all of the latest notifications, but there is not. Please fix this problem. It has been ongoing for at least a year or more. Thanks! V3.10.1 Uninstall Reinstall UPDATE 2020-10-23: Version 3.10.1 Uninstall and reinstall app fixes issues. V3.9 Crashes at Splash Screen UPDATE 2020-06-18: Version 3.9 Sigh. Still the same. It cannot get past the splash screen on my iPad Pro 9.7”. It crashes every time. It does however launch successfully on my iPhone 8 running the same iOS. (At least the Reuters and UPI apps are still working on iPad.) ROLL BACK TO LAST STABLE VERSION, 3.7!! V3.8.5 Crashes at Splash Screen UPDATE 2020-06-18: Version 3.8.5 Sigh. Still the same. It cannot get past the splash screen on my iPad Pro 9.7”. It crashes every time. It does however launch successfully on my iPhone 8 running the same iOS. But … latest version crashes at splash screen on an iPad Pro 9.7”. :( UPDATE 2018-06-22 Fixed!! :) ORIGINAL REVIEW It’s 2018. It’s iOS 11 and iOS 12 will soon be upon us. Yet, this app still cannot take someone from clicking on a notification straight to the story in the notification. It’s ridiculously annoying! You click on the notification, and all that does is open the app. Then, you are left scrolling, and scrolling, and scrolling some more, sometimes for a story you can never find! Fix this.
