This app has the potential to be very convenient but the automatic application of a 0.40c convenience fee it outrageous. I’ve just paid €1.80 for an hour in a small car park in a provincial town when the parking fee should have been €1.40. I am not impressed. It’s a rip off.

Had to download app again, quick process to re-set up account. But unable to pay with card details. Re added card, still ‘error’ when trying to pay for car park.
Rang customer services (8.40am) on hold for 10 mins & then gave up.  Saw option to pay with Apple Pay & this worked straight away.
