Apollo Neuro

Considering it just vibrates it actually has helped with my anxiety and recovery. I lost one and had to buy another one so I guess that says a lot in itself!

There are connection problems with the app, but no reply to my emails. The scheduling feature is useful, but completely inflexible if you wish to start your day earlier or later - This means having to manually starting programs, that switch off when the connection problems kick in. The device is great, I like the features and get benefits, but it all runs through the app, and if that is faulty then the device cannot be used as needed.

I’ve been using this for over a year. This is a piece of premium kit that can only be used via this app. It is designed to be used for at least three hours a day which means setting regular schedules. And the schedule management feature doesn’t work. It only displays the current time for all scheduled events not the time of the event. I flagged this over a year ago. I have deleted and re set up all schedules several times as well as reinstalling the app several times. To still have a fundamental bug preventing proper management of the device for over a year is just not ok. It should be a really simple fix. I work in software. It’s just a display issue. Can you please confirm when this will be fixed.

Mine is clearly defective. Customer service ghosting me.

Please, please, please fix the app. The device is unusable if the app doesn’t work. This has been a complaint for a long-time. Please fix it

I ADORE my Apollo Neuro. I wear it constantly. I love all the different modes. I find that just the act of stopping and consciously choosing what I want my body to be doing is helpful. I spend most of my time in the Rebuild & Recover mode. I recommend it to everyone. I love that it does not broadcast signals the whole time, and that you can adjust the vibration intensity. The only thing that I would change is that I find it takes a long time to charge: but that just goes to show how much I love it because I miss it so much when it is charging!

App stops working need to reinstall Can find little benefit with this product would return it if I could

Could the app be developed to enable timers so I could set a timer for when I wake up so it automatically starts the energy vibrations. It would be good to be able to link it to shortcuts app too so that I can enable it once I’ve completed a workout etc

Truly frustratingly awful

This is an appalling app and is completely putting me off using the Apollo.
