系統交易限制一大堆，而且相關福利一直縮水改變，更不方便的是客服服務，要等很久才會接通，男服務員很親切很細心處理你的問題，但我接洽的女服務員很不友善，不耐煩而且沒有同理心的角度幫你解決問題，希望會員福利不要一直縮水，客服服務能夠改善。

遠傳幣折抵要用戶去買30券去折抵，操作很繁瑣，每個月也就折抵150。每次兌換我都要花1-2分鐘處裡，使用體驗相當差勁。換遠傳幣就算了，你還用時限，我就不懂了，你們折抵電話費每次就上線159，幹嘛不乾脆點一次折抵完畢，有夠反智，設計這種東西擺明就是要讓使用者操作困難，去降低使用者兌換意願，用意堪憂…
