If I would have known about all the complexity of this with the company through Wi-Fi I would’ve passed on the purchase. I don’t have hours of frustration time. I accidentally somehow manually changed from English. I can’t manually reset to English. No instruction unless I download the app. Get a password to remember. Register. Agree to stuff. Give out my email, watch marketing. Really. It made me wait because I had too many passsord tries Now I can’t get the app to connect. Why? Ask the app that won’t connect. More frustration. My poor wife has to hear me cussing. 20th in line for help? I just want to clean floors. I can do that with a mop. I can’t do technical things. Bad choice for me.

This is a must have for easy cleanup of spills and all around every day use. Love this product.

We love our Tineco it’s definitely a huge help the only issue I have is the waste water tank becoming stained with smell. We have tried bleach, degreasers, soaps, even vinegar and it still is stained with an odor. Would love a new tank to not have this odor any longer.

I received this machine as a gift and it is the best thing ever it’s so easy to work. It’s so easy it self clean and it does a great job and I love it. It beats mopping the floor hands down. I also bought the one for my daughter and she loves it as well. God bless have a merry Christmas.

We purchased this product because it was recommended to us by a family member. When we first started using it, we loved it as it seems to do a good job of cleaning. Now that we’ve had it for a few months, we’ve come to miss our regular mop. The tineco works well, however, you have to change the water and dump the dirty water several times just to finish cleaning 1 or 2 rooms. I’m having to run back and forth because the capacity for dirty water is like the size of a cup. It also does self cleaning when charging and asks you to fill the water and dump the dirty water several times. If tineco would have an option to have double to size for both clean and dirty tanks it would be worth the >$500 price, but I don’t think it is now. For small spills it works great, but not for large areas.

This item is too complicated, you spend too much time trying to connect wife, setup and the WiFi connection does not even work. Battery dies too fast. It’s not user friendly. You can’t even connect to the app. Truly a waste of product development. I personally do not recommend it.

This vacuum is a total waste of time and money. I only use it a few times a week and don’t last enough to clean a room. Very upsetting.

Purchased floor washer switch Pet 7 series. The unit does not connect with wifi. The Vacuum does not charge. The vacuum base does not click in place I want to return this unit and warn everyone not to buy from Tineco. Very disappointed
