First off I like the fact that this is not a subscription model. If it was, I wouldn't recommend it but it is worth upgrading to premium mainly for iCloud backup. There are a few other nice things that are included such as: no ads, theme colour change and different fonts. I also like that you can add photos to your entry and there is a search function. Another reviewer said that you can timestamp the entry, other than the initial entry, I don't see how this is done. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the way that it syncs between devices. You have to backup the most recent data by overwriting what is already in iCloud. Then, to get the same data on your other device, you have to go to settings and restore from backup.
