Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period (at the same price). Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal disabled by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. During active subscription periods, cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed.

Careful guys when using trend micro, when i tried to cancel
the auto renewal for the trend micro subscription days before the auto renewal, they asked me for the reason why i wanted to stop the auto renewal & when i provided the reason, they replied with an error message & asked me to try again later!!!
I tried several times & still got the error message!!!
Still i got charged for a whole year subscription!!!
In an anger i cancelled ALL my trend micro subscriptions & wrote an email asking for a FULL refund! 
I’ve paid for a one year subscription for my smart watch, months later they claimed my subscription expires & they are not providing the premium features unless i pay more for it, when the subscription still has at least half a year to go!!!
What a cheating company!!!
Avoid this trend micro company!!

Unable to download renewed subscription into iPad and iPhone. Site always show my subscription has expired. Tried all sorts of ways, including share, but still unable to install in both iPad and iPhone. I have been a subscriber of Trend Micro for many years and had thought that all my devices are being protected but have only recently discovered that that is not so. At this point in time I’m totally frustrated and disappointed after spending several hours trying to download Ti my devices.
