### *---- "Do Not Spend Money on this Game"
The base game is fun, however there is a multitude of issues that need to be addressed.

Firstly, this game is NOT F2P friendly nor P2P friendly. 

There this no way for players of any kind to earn the main gacha currency (exhibition tickets) in the game. The only way to obtain them is via hand-outs (anniversary, collab events, newbie welcome events, etc), which are EXTREMELY scarce in nature. And most of the ones they DO hand-out, are time-limited, meaning that you MUST spend them on the current banners otherwise the tickets expire. No saving allowed.

The only gacha currency readily available to F2P players are the “blue hearts” and even then, you only receive a set amount weekly, and they run out very quickly because of how overpriced everything is. 

Secondly, there are P2P players spending hundreds of dollars ($300-1000+) on ONE singular banner, and STILL NOT receiving everything. 95% of the items are duplicates, and the tickets you receive to exchange for the dyed furniture/clothing, are minuscule in comparison to what you have spent.

And you do NOT even receive a copy of the item/clothing that you got a duplicate of, meaning that if you happen to pull a copy of a chair, you do NOT receive another chair but instead tickets that cannot even buy you back that EXACT chair in the exchange shop. You ONLY get one item each. Which is insane to think about. The rates are abysmal. 

If you plan to spend on this game or already have, I STRONGLY advise you to think better of it. Please do NOT support such a predatory game.

I have been playing heartopia since launch day, and I loved everything about it. I thought that it checked all of the boxes for me for what I want in a cozy game. However, the gacha system in this game is ridiculous and predatory. It is the worst from any gacha game I have played. Absolutely do not spend money on this game unless they fix it.

So I never ACAULLY liked this game(my sister is forcing me to play with her:)) anyway it’s really never my thing but for people who actually enjoy this game which I am not judging (maybe a little bit)  like people ACAULLY enjoy this game but you guys the people who made heartlpia I don’t know if it’s really true but stop using ai generator 1 star (disappointing)

### *---- "Cute Game Ruined By Greedy Management"
Great game, but ruined by greedy management. It is well-known that the Chinese (CN) servers recently received a fix for the predatory gacha rates and pricing, yet the developers have deliberately withheld this fix from the Global/American servers. We are effectively paying more money for worse odds. This is discriminatory against the Global community. I will change my rating when we get the same fairness updates as the CN region. Until then, do not spend money on this game.

I just started playing and I’ve been LOVING IT, but I’ve encountered some problems that made me unable to play any further into the game :c The text translator isn’t great (I have to assume what the people are saying most of the time). On top of that, the daily habitant’s tasks do not come with tutorials and I’ve been stuck on one particular requirement that I can’t seem to understand. But the worst is, I’ve been unable to buy seeds from Blanc because the option just won’t show up for me. Pleaseee do something, I wanna keep playing this beautiful game !!!

I’ve enjoyed playing the game because there are a lot of cute features and you can progress really quickly. But, I’ve noticed that the SEA server is more laggy than the other servers, possibly because there are many players and massive-scale builds on the server. The lag makes the game less enjoyable and ruins the overall mood while playing. I hope the developers can fix or improve the server performance so the gameplay can be smoother.

Very fun to play. Easy instructions to follow and if you’re unsure there is mini tutorials on how to do it. There is also this glitter dust that shows you which direction you have to go when you’re lost. Even tho it is probably AI generated it is still fun to play. The house sets, characters, animals are super cute. I think I’ve been playing this game for a week now and I’m genuinely loving it

This game is very fun to play and you make lots of friends. I suggest playing the quest are super fun to do and some you have to be a certain level at first it’s a bit complicated but you get the hang of it later on and it’s very fun to interact and learn and play every day.
