app keeps hanging

ive been trying to enter the app but the moment i press the app, it just keep kicking me out of the app. has not been working and i cant clock in my study hours, pls fix this!!!

can’t enter app

every time i press the app, it will immediately kick me out of the app and then i can’t enter back, i have deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times but it’s still the same and now i can’t even log back in

amazing but crashes on me

i love ypt, i put all my friends onto ypt and we find it extremely helpful when we study! but ive been experiencing some crashing, everytime i open the app it just kicks me out immediately:( i tried to offload and reinstall, nothing. i tried updating, nothing. i shut my phone off and tried again; it worked for about a minute or two and when i opened it again, i got kicked out again! please help me with this on what to do as i really want to clock in my time haha and i don’t know how to solve this:(

nice but some technical issues

This study app is good and I use it quite often. However, one problem I face is when there is sometimes “Server access error” and that I failed to connect to server. I tried uninstalling and installing it again but it didn’t work. Please fix this issue thank u!

I can’t change my language

I have this app both on my iPhone and iPad and both of those devices have the same issue of not being able to change the language l. I tried changing my language multiple times but I can’t. I restarted it by translating it in google yet when I open the app again it’s in Malay again… Please fix this thank u !
