买课时客服不会主动提醒这是音像制品，有过下载记录或者超过七天就不能退款，然后等你想退费，客服会跟你说付款的时候有条款，平心而论付款时勾选的这种所谓的条款一般人不会去很仔细的看。所谓的几年几科的课程，但凡学过其中一门，其他的几门都没学过，都不能申请部分退款，完全的霸王条款。前期买课消费者的是大爷，态度非常好，后期涉及退费，客服的沟通态度就差没跟我吵起来
