If you use English version of the app you will face a lot of bugs. Also, app prioritizes rides to Chinese version.

So many tries, on different days but unable to register. Really annoying. No chat help or customer service support.

As a foreigner using this app in China, I would say it’s complicated and not user friendly. I could not log in even I had linked it to my Wechat. Once I entered my phone number, it kept saying “Too many attempts. Please try again later”.

对于乘客反映的问题不予理睬，说会给我反馈，隔了一个月都没有答复。实在失望。

Malaysia number unable to register. Keep pop out network failure try again later.

The voice navigation is talking too much. All sorts of unnecessary reminders. It has become more and more annoying through the years. Very annoying on the road, could not relax.

Please fix it
