I understand the logic of refusing to change or delete booking, but there is no reason that refusing the pre-filling forms on the booking day. The data of the form should be updated just before the user present to the your office to process the operation. Therefore, the pre-fill form should not be together with change and delete. Another issue is that your warning message in IOS app is covered when you redirect to your web application.
