I subscribed to get premium features. I have no access to the premium features. Yet the money has come out of my account?

The Pro or paid version is fantastic. Both the trial and paid are infinantly customizable. The Pro gives much more - what I like is, the yearly reporting. For example, in a second you bring up say the 2022 report, see what you spent in all the category’s for the year, especially groceries. You get the number of spends you made in groceries and the average amount you spent on each visit. View the pie chart and see the %age spent on each category. Touch the larger slices to see the $ amount of your grocery purchases (for example). See how much you spent on automobile and or bicycle. This allows you (if you wish) to view the stark difference between automobile operation and bicycle operation, and to make a change in choice in the future if you want to move away from the wealth busting use of the car. I can use the app in a way that instantly shows me if I am about to go over budget. See how much it costs per year to be under the affluence of Inkahol, etc. I have more than 100 apps on my phone, ReceiptBox is in my top five. Because of it I have increased my Savings from about 15% of my disposable income to, on average to 46% of disposable income, plus become debt free…. All because of the info this app provides me of my spending habits… and being able to take a hard look at expenses. I have a modest fixed income and this app helps me make the most of my income. One last thing, if you goof on an entry, in payment amount, date, category, payment method, note, you can easily correct it, no matter how long ago you made your goof. Excellent.

Very useful and handy app easy to work with organized I like it it gives you percentage and chart and all.

I opened my app yesterday. It can’t keep the calendar, it won’t let me make entries. What happened? You have 24 hours to fix this, then I go to another app.

Hello, I’m seeing that others are having the same problem. I’ve used this app for many years with zero issues. Now, my app interface is a mix of Japanese and English - I can’t change the language. Please fix this as I love this app and don’t want to transfer all of my data to a new app. Thank you

Language changed with most recent update and cannot be changed back! Needs to be fixed! Tried deleting and re-downloading and that did not resolve the issue.

Good morning, I am having the same problem. The new update changed the language on my app also. If anyone has the answer please let me know. I don’t understand Japanese either. It has been a great app up to here!
