Apps very lagging and hardly open

Took me very long to be able to read the comic. I can open the apps but nothing shows up. Need to wait super super long for the image to show. Please fix. It use to be wonderful time to read comic now it gets me frustrated.

Freeze my coin due to I request for refund!!

I have been using my card make payment for the coin, but suddenly they freeze my coins due to I asking for that damn refund!!! Hello!! Cuz I accidentally pay it double that’s why I ask for refund!! So when I contact the customer service, they just said I breach their T&C!!! What the hell!!?? Ask them how to unfreeze it, they also doesn’t even bother it!!!

我按照使用说明了，就是用不到阅读卷。你的功能能不能明显点。如果我有阅读卷，当我读到需要付费的章节，可以自动使用。这样不是方便多了。
