- No cancellation or refund of the current subscription is allowed within the valid subscription period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off within the user's Account Settings after purchase.

Subscription
I have no idea why I’ve already subscribed to the VIP package and it’s stated that my subscription ends on 8 August but on my account it says my VIP subscription has ended 10+ days ago and I don’t have VIP access to the comics.
Layout cannot fit iPad.
Most of the time I can close the ads because the closing button is out of the screen
突然改成用微信付款了
原本是可以根据苹果的绑定卡消费购买KK币，因此购买了一年的订阅。可是不知道怎么了，现在只能用微信购买KK币。结果导致了订阅付的钱白付了。而且对于国外没有中国银行卡也无法使用人民币微信付款，支付宝也一样。因此希望客服可以反馈给公司。好让这软件不单只是只能支持国内的微信付款也同时可以提供海外购买漫画阅读，就像之前一样。

自从用了iPhone 13，书架和下载功能都消失了！还我！ 书架能够一键看到最新更新的漫画，也容易找漫画！ 下载功能是我出国最好的工具！下载了漫画，就不必给多余的流量费用了！
为什么我的付款方式原本是用itunes card付而昨天开始就要用微信，支付宝付？

Loading of comic
The app is absolutely amazing with different type of comic, however this two days I’m facing some issues with the app. In the app I have many comic that were added to my favourite previous. The first 20 comic that I have saved previously was able to access however when I tried to scroll more downwards, it starts to load and the rest of the comic I save does not appear even much wait of the loading, not sure if it due to the app bug or what but hope that it can be solve as soon as possible as I’m a everyday comic person. (Though it was my phone problem tried to uninstall and install back again but facing same issue both my phone and iPad )
