Although there are so many screen time trackers this one is exactly what I wanted. I hope it doesn’t get discontinued.

I was disappointed in the inconsistent performance of this app. It worked great for the first two days and then stopped tracking my phone usage consistently on day 3. The app has to be running in the background all of the time to work properly, which is fine, but the only result I got on days 3 and 4 was extra battery use. On day 3 I was used a couple of apps more than usual for work, spending hours on my phone between 8am and 2pm and by the time I went to bed that night, it still showed 0 hours of use and only a couple of “pick ups.” Even if the app did track my phone use accurately, it doesn’t offer insights as to how much time is spent by app. So, I could see that I was on my phone for about 4 hours on day 2 but no information about whether the majority of that time was spent on Facebook or Microsoft Teams or texting. The app is unhelpful and buggy.

Wanted to like this, but it didn't work (maybe because it was last updated 2 years ago). It said I only picked up my phone 2 times in a day, which is definitely not correct.

It worked great for the first week but it all of a sudden stopped recording in the background. 
I haven’t changed any settings in the app or in my settings app. 
Background app refresh is enabled for both cellular and wifi and enabled for RealizD. 
I do not force close the application.

Also, their support email does not exist. 
I’m not sure if it did at one point but now you get a “failed to send” reply when trying to email support. 

I paid for the extended insight and most definitely want my money back. Don’t bother downloading the app, it does nothing.

I downloaded this app to try to reduce my phone usage, but when i got this app it was so confusing and there were so instructions on how to use the app. All i saw was a bunch of dashes and buttons! I deleted this app after a few days because I just couldn’t figure it out!
I would consider repurchasing this app if more instructions are added.

So far this app has been perfect and really helped me to be more mindful of phone usage.  

I thought I would find it needing to be open to track screen usage annoying, but I actually really like it. It means that if I don’t want it to track something as part of my screen time, such as reading an ebook, I can just close the app and then reopen when I’m not reading. 

Easily opting out of tracking “productive” screen time was something I couldn’t do with other apps and I really appreciate being able to do so with this one.

Update: I still can’t get it to work and my email went unanswered to get a refund or fix it. Scam. 

Glitchy and useless. I downloaded and paid for some features because this app is exactly what I wanted. I ensured that my location was specifically marked “always” on in settings and that background refresh is on in settings. I turned the settings for “low power mode” to off to ensure background refresh would always be working. 

The app says I’ve been using my phone 0-1 minutes when I’ve been on it at least 30 since I downloaded it. It reset the number of pickups and the time randomly. It looks great and has tons of potential but honestly, if it doesn’t work — just refund the money and I’ll find something actually useful.

I’ve used this app for a few years.  It had worked well during this time.  It had almost the exact features I wanted, and I had been happy with it.  Sadly, since I downloaded the new iOS update, it has stopped working.  I mean, literally, it registers zero minutes even as I continue to use use my phone for hours a day. I haven’t been able to find any information online or from the app developers about what has happened.  I’m deleting it today, and will be looking for a replacement app.

The most annoying thing is that it counts using your gps as screen time. So you have to remember to force quit the ap every time you drive somewhere. Other than that it is effective and has the features I’m looking for.
