This app is a very nasty and requires you to disclose sensitive identity information to register for an account. They have reasons to fail your registration at first and eventually emails you confirming account is opened successfully. However, you literally cannot do anything with the app without paying, because checking your credit report —— which is the reason for downloading the app —— requires you to make a paid subscription! Not sure what conspiracy banks are engaged in recommending customers to download this app.

This app is never meant to be used by any sensible human beings. It gives you extremely confusing instructions on ID scanning, like a challenge where you have to decrypt the riddle just in order to pass this scanning. And just when you thought you are finally going to register, it tells you “hey registration failed”. How humourous!
Just head straight to their office in the Gateway. Don’t even spend a single second on this app bcos it’s just gonna be a total waste of time in your life.

1. When opening the app, always need to flip through the screen about singing up. This is very bad for returning users. Waste time….

2. The login process is not helpful. Always asked if this is a trusted devices… why would you asked if I have already indicated this previously? 

3. Loading performance at login is slow. Not sure what are the components loading behind. Should consider lasy loading hopefully you are not loading all data when logging in
