Worst app, while downloaded the file all dates are wrongly mentioned. In camera it shows recording but in app the proper videos will not be there, when u drive for 1hr hardly 10mins clips will be available... then what is the point of having dashcam when u cannot access the proper files

Inferior Camera Quality: Despite claims of a 4K front camera, the actual quality appears to be significantly lower, with number plates of vehicles ahead barely readable. Overheating Issues: The dash cam becomes extremely hot within minutes, making it untouchable after a short period. Poor Customer Support: Escalations are limited to a single support email, with slow response times. App Performance Problems: The associated app frequently disconnects and has prolonged loading times. Pros: None Identified: The primary functions of the dash cam are deficient. Given these significant issues, I am considering filing a legal case for the mental distress caused as a customer.

WiFi disconnects again and again..look into it

After updating to the latest version, I am not able to connect to the camera.

- Unable to change & save the rear view settings (Mirroring view) - No option to stop the glare and reflection. Need a call filter option.

更新后，连接记录仪就闪退，试了几十次都是闪退，不知道是不是买了终身会员后造成的，希望制作者对会员提供微信或是QQ服务，要人工服务

为什么之前的记录影像，全部都是点不开，无法查看。每次都要格式化内存卡，不然什么都录不上，明明还有很多内存

每次连接打开设置录像声音自动关闭了 一点都不智能 搞得我每次 手动打开设置把声音打开
