The Indian girl said it includes balancing + tyre swapping too. End of the day didn’t get the balancing + tyre swapping with worst alignment ever (The car will goes slightly to the left with handoff during straight road AND the steering wheel need to slight right to maintain straight line). 2. They don’t have the knowledge to reset proton persona 2024 “periodically service” after oil change service. I waited for more than a week without receiving any updates from the app. I then tried to contact customer service, but there was no response only automated bot replies that did not resolve the issue. After that, I contacted Tuhu Sunway customer service via WhatsApp to get an update, and they informed me that the tyres had already arrived, without properly checking the item status. Today, 22 December (Monday), I went to the workshop. After waiting for almost an hour, I was told that the tyres had still not arrived. This gave me a very bad impression of the service, and I hope not to use this app or visit this workshop again in the future.
