The navigation is confusing, and it often takes too many steps to complete simple tasks like transferring money or checking my balance. The layout feels cluttered, making it hard to find what I need quickly. Additionally, I've encountered several bugs that disrupt my experience in the latest version. I hope the bank can prioritize a more intuitive design and smoother functionality in future updates. It would make a world of difference for users like me!
