The purpose of the lottery algorithm is

Total number, starting number, ending number,
Odd/even ratio, consecutive number,
Number occurrence range, inclusion number, exclusion number,
hot number, cold number

It was created to directly check whether the combination I pick is a combination that comes out with a probability of ?/1 when applying various settings.
The first place combination is unconditionally included in 13,983,816 combinations, and it is up to the user to reduce the range.

It is not necessary to use all filter settings, and if you select and apply only the filter function you want to set, the probability changes accordingly.
