How do you give birth?

Hi, I am writ this review because I don’t know how to give birth. It might be included in the subscription. But I think it is just unfair. I get to the final week of pregnancy and nothing happens. Please make giving birth free.

i wish you could do a bit more in this game like have more then one baby per person and maybe have an appointment to find out the gender of the baby would be pretty cool!! and also i think it would be cool if you could like age the baby up if that makes sense and make them a room for each kid you have!!! i think the game overall is very cool but there are small things i wish maybe were different.
