Do you like Facebook but hate how there are so many mechanisms to increase your engagement and just waste your time? Do you hate everyone sharing political slop all the time? Family Album lets you connect with family with NONE of that. It’s just pictures of family and comments. No other social features are offered and none are desired. It’s the perfect way to store and share your family photos with a small group. Love it.

We have been using this app for several years now. We love that is allows us to share photos with selected people rather than blast all over social media- we do NOT share pictures of our children on social media- so this app has been great to allow us to keep our photos private. Also, we love the photobooks! We try to order one every month and build up memories IRL as well as on the app. Now we have a little library of our photos /memories highlights.

I love this app! I can share my son’s photos and videos with the family and I’ve been able to get a DVD set made each year of my son’s videos. It’s become a yearly Christmas tradition to have one made for my husband and I and another for the grandparents. We love being able to go back and watch these precious moments on DVD. I really like this app but their updated version puts an add right at the top of your photos which just feels kind of ick. If you pay for premium there are no banner ads. I understand the need to have ads but the placement could be adjusted to not feel like a gross as right next to your baby’s photos. Wish i would not have updated to a new version. May look to use another service with no gross ads.

I actually really like this app a lot. But this one thing is really bothering me. When I upload, some videos or pictures upload as the current date  instead of when the video was taken. I really would like you guys to fix that so I don’t have to go back and fix that.
