Laggy and half the time doesn’t work
This was working perfectly for about 3 years but now all of a sudden it’s glitchy, laggy, it’ll show the image for about 30 seconds then it constantly has the loading symbol or keeps asking me to reconnect to the device. Even with the subscription, I feel this made it worse than before. I think it’s time to invest into another camera system.

The update killed the app’s experience
The new update and worsened the user experience. The app was simple and easy to use. They’ve now made everything difficult. It use to take me 2 clicks to get to the my recommendation scenes but it now takes more than 5.
