I have always had good experiences ordering in Beijing. The orders always came ahead of time and the telephonist would always call in very clear English to say when the driver was there. yet when I ordered for the first time in Shenzhen - the telephonist called around ten minutes after placing the order to say one of the meal bundle items was sold out. Yet when I asked what other items were available he said they were also sold out. I simply stated that I wanted the equivalent amount of food for this price but the telephonist was virtually impossible to understand and didn’t seem to get the obvious notion that I wanted a substitute item that was roughly the same amount of food for the same price. Considering JSS charge a higher price for this service, I am utterly appalled by this service and simply asked asked them to cancel the order as they really couldn’t care less. Why accept an order when you have no capacity to fulfill it?
