毎日、同じ時間にしています　出来たら時間を見て平均だと思ったり、始めた時は計算に特に割り算が苦手でしたが、今は早く脳の回転してるようで早くなりましたが、用事があり2日間できませんでしたら、数字に出ていました．納得の出来で、脳トレをした時、しない時の活力が数字に現れるように思われます
