It doesn’t recognize anything my new xiaomi buds5 dsnt seem to be recognized at apl tried everything you need this to be fixed seems like every one is gaving the same issue

Redmi 6 lite cant connect to app The option appears now but i still cant connect to it on the app despite being connected on bluetooth This app is lousy as the team that created this.... Please apply at this company for free money... their developers all wget free salary.

When we open the case, the buds should connected automatically to the app, when we pulled out the buds from the case then the app lost the connection and giving the default sound, not the customized eq that we have set! FIX IT!

Liar, I bought the new Redmi 6 Lite last month and downloaded the apps. It says “ Get up to 3 months of Spotify Premium for free with Xiaomi earbuds”. But nothing happens.

The app doesn’t seem to recognize my Redmi Buds 6 Lite at all! Even though my earbuds are clearly connected via Bluetooth, the app still shows them as “disconnected.” When I click the blue link saying “earphones are disconnected” to try reconnecting, it doesn’t help at all—still no detection. Bluetooth shows they’re connected, but the app refuses to acknowledge it. Please fix this issue soon. It’s frustrating to have earbuds that work but an app that doesn’t recognize them!

Not able to find redmi buds 5 on IOS 18…

Unable to connect within app.

App can’t connect to my Redmi Buds 4 no matter what I do. Everything is updated and I’m using iPhone 14 Pro with the latest iOS. Even deleted and reinstalled but nothing works. I can connect directly via Bluetooth but what’s the point of having the app then if it can’t connect?
