Managed to connect them to my iPhone. When I tried to connect to my iPad it did not work. Worthless. Wasted hours with this. The manual set ‚push and hold the button on the case‘. There is no button on the case! Never Xiaomi again. Never, never again.

Only little thing, the slide for audio noise reduction is almost impossible to change, maybe too small.
After trying a million different things to connect them to my app on iPhone, I realised I bought the china version (instead of the global version). All I had to do is choose CHINA MAINLAND inside the app in the region selection. Now they are fully functional.

I have been trying to pair earbuds harry potter version with the app on my iPhone 13 and it doesn’t work at all. I can pair it directly with the phone and use it, but it seems can’t find to pair on this app.
In iphone bluetooth i can connect them, but the app does not see them
