再來三月上旬回報客服處理，過了一個月都沒進度，還要消費者自己確認進度，隔天再來告訴我說票券超過一年只能人工匯款作業，沒關係～我也當天配合提供處理需要的資料，接著又過了半個月，現在依然沒有下文，這是有認真想要經營管理這平台嗎？
