I really like this app but ever since the recent bug update, my app won’t open on my phone. I even re-downloaded the app and it still won’t open.

Very glitchy ,not reliable, wish I hadn’t wasted the money and I can’t figure out how to get refund.
Amazing for a learner!
I'm learning mandarin, and sometimes I don't get the pinyin of the character, so I'm able to get the character into the app and check the pinyin. This app is an easy 5 stars
