The app just preset to be simplified Chinese when I open app, but there is no way I can change to other language!

The service is all excellent and I was surprised that everything seemed so perfect, except for the rollercoasters, they were a bit terrifying.

When we got there it was fine. But at around midday the cash register system broke down and therefore none of the customers were able to purchase any souvenirs, food or even play games at stalls. Even if you were able to purchase anything, you would not be able to return your tax. This has completely ruined any of my intentions of buying anything from the store and has brought me a horrible experience.

Why not tell ppl some areas are in maintenance? We spent almost an hour searching for the facilities only to see that they’re not open until some date. Why this information is not shown on the app?? And the favourite heart button is quite useless becoz when you search wait time or facilities, there’re no options to filter out all other things. You always need to scroll through the entire app to see the things you actually want to play. What a waste of time! Becoz of these me and my friends had a very bad time in usj, it’s not expected to happened in university studios.
