I really enjoy browsing through the application and I was able to navigate with my family! We had an enjoyable experience and a lot of fun, especially with the Nintendo section!

Hii I used to be able to check on the waiting times of the rides. However, I wasn’t able to do so this two days. Is there a bug? Haha please fix it as soon as possible, thank you:)

Super useful for enjoying USJ

Since the update 2 days ago i cant see the wait times for any rides and don’t know how to fix it

It is impossible to buy ticket on the app since foreign credit cards are not accepted and so can’t buy ticket in advance. It is not user friendly as well. VIP tour is also not available for foreigners which is quite disappointing.

Maybe USJ should stop updating the app because when it updates, a new error will occur. It’s been 3 days since the latest update and the text is now not legible. It’s a bunch of codes and syntax which made no sense. This is for all the text on the icons and important tabs like registering the ticket and booking timed and attraction tickets. It’s frustrating. It’s been less than a week since I got my iPhone to translate and now it’s not working again. The app developer is also very slow to fix problems.

Even I set the app to show English, most of the parts are still Japanese.

The app is really cute but the language issue still exist. When I changed the language setting to English, only the button changed but the main window and buttons are still in Chinese. I have a hard time navigating with the language issue.

Saw other reviewers saying to change your region settings to US, however the real change is to just change your system language/keyboard to US. The app’s translation is somehow mapped to only US English within iOS .
