Menu all in Korean
Must have option to change menu to english
Cannot change the language
Please provide English language.. Once opened the application after download finished.. the default language is Korean !! And don’t know how to change the language. Unfriendly user experience.
Only Japanese language
It became worst UX when travelers want to use this app but there is no English language choice in this app. Comparing to your competitor, their app is more useful with choice of English or if don’t have English, pictures and icons are more understandable than USJ application. Please improve.

Make the app fully supported in English
As of now it’s very half-baked with many functions not available in English.
