The website continually freezes ,is unable to access content Or just doesn’t work altogether. Given the fact that Chanel is one of the ,if not the most prestigious of luxury brands ,it’s surprising that the website’s functionality and accessibility is so hit and miss

I used to love this app because I could see the price of the item I liked and budget accordingly. I don’t like asking how much things cost at the boutique, so it was perfect to see the price on the app. But for the past few months the item suggested price has disappeared from the app. Please please please bring it back!

I’m on ios14.3 and the landing screen doesn’t seem to let me bypass the allow notifications option. Doesn’t respond to clicks. Deleted the app.

I don’t think it’s fair that don’t have anything for men’s and only women.

The app is so hard to navigate and ALWAYS BUGGY and has been for years. The ipad instore app needs to be released for the public to use as its very user friendly. I give up on this app now as developers are showing complete contempt for its users

Nice pictures but woefully short of detail on material, price, availability or where to locate.

Chanel is trying to look like a good and one of the most innovative companies in the world but you guys still not know that Turkey is NOT in middle east and Constantinople does not exist anymore. It is Istanbul and it is one of the biggest cities in the world. You have two stores in Istanbul and if you want to have stores in middle east you should go to Syria or Iraq etc.. i think you should close your stores in Istanbul and disappear in history like Constantinople. It's better for world.
