App crashes when I step on scale. It used to work...very disappointing. It appears the company has abandoned support for this scale.

App crashes on weight record. Open the app, track your weight, step on the scale, wait for it to finish, scale reports to phone, crash.

This app don’t even work. AT ALL. Can’t create an account. And when you go on as a guest when you go to try to weigh yourself the app just shuts down

This app worked for about three months and now will not work at all

I’ve been using the app to connect to the Adam elements scale for over a year and this week it stopped working out of the blue. The app would quit when I would try to connect it to the scale. I’ve reset my phone and deleted/redownloaded the app and now it would even let me log into my account. Instead I get the error “Network connection was lost.” The scale is useless if the app that uploads the data is useless.

After iphone iOS updated few weeks ago, this app no longer works anymore,l; no fix or update on app at work. The body fat scale is now useless🤬

Avoid this company’s products. They repeatedly abandon their products and discontinue support after purchase by a customer, shutting down server and stopping necessary updates.

I’ve changed batteries several times and bought a new package as well but the display screen stays blue the whole time while I’m standing on the scale. I really enjoyed this scale especially for the price I paid. The app also closes out when I try to manually log anything. Please help!

Can’t use Bluetooth bc/ app crashes after iOS update.

Worked really well for a couple of months. Tracked weight accurately and synced to Apple Health. Then it said batteries need replacing, put new ones in and they started rusting at the contact points. Won’t turn on at all. Don’t waste your money. Get a dependable name brand
