## 健康寶 Description
「健康寶」由香港中文大學賽馬會老年學研究所「賽馬會流金頌護老有e道」計劃團隊研發，於2021年8月正式推出，並在2024年11月升級為全新版本，結合健康管理、自我照顧教育及社區資源庫等多項功能，讓長者、照顧者、醫護及社福介專業人員可以隨時隨地透過手機或平板電腦等流動裝置，為長者進行12項免費的自我健康測試、提供綜合健康報告及對應的教育資源，和尋找相關的社區資源。

「健康寶」升級版引入全港安老照顧資源地圖，用戶可以根據健康需要、資源種類及地區，搜尋適合的醫療及社區服務。程式亦設有地圖介面及GPS定位導航功能，讓用戶尋找到前往有關服務單位的方法。用戶亦可以收藏合適的社區資源，及透過社交媒體分享給親友。
