It takes all the bad aspects of gachas and somehow twists them into something worse. There is an extremely low income amount for f2p, as in not enough to even hit the 100summon pity mark, which also resets every new banner (no carryover pity system) there’s also no spark either or any type of currency you usually get for store items from summoning. Dupes are also extremely not f2p friendly (usually is but this is the worst case I’ve seen) and you need a total of 9 dupes to max a unit. That’s 10 total pulls for 1 unit with income being weeks to get 1 multi. Also there’s pvp but it’s unbalanced in every way. Not worth playing, not worth installing, not worth the headache. Devs are also very incompetent when it comes to releasing anything or fixing anything and there’s 0 (literally 0) news of anything till a day or before usually or when maintenance is almost over. Still have units that are bugged so bad you can’t use them after weeks. I honestly love every character. I love fairy tale games and there are very few like this one. However- this game is very hard. I NEED to be able to reset my characters levels. It's hard to level them past 20 and being unable to reset characters is annoying. If there is a way- I can't find it. The UI is quite difficult to figure it out. And their is no help option. Everything else, however, is stunning. It's horrid. The pull rates are absolute garbage and the currency needed for featured characters is hardly made available through content. This game has unnecessarily hard events, very unfriendly to newer players and even those who’ve been playing for a while. I really don’t like that over all the cons this game has. If you spend you’ll probably have a greater time then those who don’t. The one time purchase for a account long pass thing is pretty nice but I can’t help but wonder if this game will last a while or not. Most pull currency will be gotten by log in rewards rather than playing the game. It gives a nice amount of standard banner pulls, but the sources don’t really refresh and standard won’t give limited units. They do over time add units to the standard banner, but it’s a trickle. Only pull if you have enough for a spark, despite what you may think. I regret not saving. The art is pretty nice although inconsistent. Some characters are drawn better than others. The story isn’t bad or typical, but is nothing special. The dungeon thing where you get equips will eat your stamina even if you fail, which I loathe. I love the art :D -- Sakurako neko, 2022-12-21 ### ****- "Needs QOL" Turned into a “the last straw” moment with the game and finally uninstalled after playing since launch. The artwork is beautiful, and the devs really seem to care a lot about this game, so I would definitely check it out. Be warned, the Gacha rates are abysmal. Played since launch and I never managed to pull any new 5 star banner characters. My 5 star team all came from the vindicated spirits banner, which does not contain new characters. I had been stuck for almost a month on the Halloween event, despite a nearly full level 70 squad. That took an extremely long time, because leveling any character in this game basically means you put all of your resources that day towards this one character that you’re working on. You can’t really experiment with many other characters because of this. Actual last straw was pulling five times from a special Gacha, which promised a five star within five pulls and the pool included new five stars that I did not have. Pulled 5 times, no five star. I thought this was a bug and went to the discord to report it, but apparently within five pulls actually means the sixth one after you do five. When I finally did receive the five star from that gacha, it turned out to be a dupe of one of the old ones from the old banner that I did not even use. -- Oprah Spinfrey, 2022-11-15 ### ****- "Amazing story Writing" I’ve played a huge amount of Gacha style games. Normally I gravitate towards the mature, busty or mech style games. I decided to take a chance on this game. I am glad I decided to try it. The art is beautiful, the English localization is very well done as well as for the first time in years I actually care about the story of a gacha. It’s fun trying to collect and build up a party of characters from fairy tales, folklore, and famous fiction around the world. The game has multiple areas of gameplay. You can grind out materials to level up gear, skill trees, stat trees and characters. There is also a *10 chance to refill pull near the beginning 10 times to try to get a character you want. The game is generous with keys in the beginning but once you run out you will be at the mercy of time. I find myself painfully waiting till my energy is restored so I can dive deeper into the adventure. My only gripes are I wish energy recovered slightly faster, there was a dungeon or endless tower I could grind for rewards or gear as gear has its own pull banners and it’s hard to come by in stages. Would be nice if there were prismatic memory shards you could earn through questing or grinding as once you get a 5 star character of your liking the odds of getting another copy/memory shard of them is unlikely. Keys are your stamina and you will use all of them daily to run perhaps 1 resource level 8 times (@ 21 keys per run) to get say xp, which you need to feed into a character because they don’t earn any xp for beating any of the levels so the resource dungeon is the only way to level them up. The same goes for the gold resource dungeon because of course you need gold to pay for the xp crystals you used… you will almost never have enough keys mid to late game to do anything which means you will need to run the gold resource dungeon to spend that gold in the shop for keys so you can run anything else… Where is the QOL? Also, the daily xp limit of 2000 for the pass hinders your ability to collect all of the resources if you can’t log in everyday to earn 2000 xp towards it. Just remove the daily cap so if I earn 5000 xp in a day and miss a couple log ins I still have a chance. Don’t penalize me because I am a working adult also in school and don’t have the time to play everyday. Overall I like the characters and their designs! However, I don’t see myself playing this game long term with the unnecessary grind on resources and the limitations on daily progression.
