Can’t add the Manage Booking, rubbish

完全登入唔到，驗證碼不正確，已輸入無數次都登入唔到

App and website same level of trash, system error of loading in online checkin page

已經拖延多時，更新了數次後，姓名與票號不配

系統出錯 資料正確但驗證不了

This is the worst airline app I’ve encountered. It cannot do anything and it’s not linked to their webpage version. Pls don’t download it, it’s absolutely useless, it’s just a waste of ur phone memory.

浪費時間，買完又要打電話去加，APP又慢，明明話更新完支持嬰兒票購買？我都唔見有？整啲唔整啲，唔想整APP既咪唔好整囉，叫人用網頁版丫嘛，炒咗個IT佢啦！😡

常用乘客同聯絡人資料唔見晒！

They can’t support agent ticket and asked me to do online check in via their web. The worst thing was that they didn’t remark this on app. I spent so much time, trying to add my booking and was thinking I did something wrong until their CS told me (besides poor service, can tell they knew it neither). What a shame, they name themselves as a HK company. I come across so many airline app including budget airlines, and this is totally ridiculous.
