While working as the manager, you can also fish, catch bugs, chat with animals, and collect your favorite furniture. You can also change into your favorite outfit, make lots of detours, and enjoy your relaxing camp life! ◆ Decorate your campsite with over 10,000 items From tents and swings to lazy rivers and merry-go-rounds, there are tons of items you can use to decorate your campsite with to your taste. ◆ Meet the animals A lot of animals with quirky personalities will make an appearance. The animals are very curious about your campsite. The animal pal you choose as a camp caretaker will help you with your job. Walk around the forest together and get inspiration on how to build a lovely campsite. ◆ Tons of seasonal events There will be lots of events such as Garden Events and Fishing Tourneys every month. As of lately, I’ve been enjoying Pocket Camp Complete when I noticed after updating to iOS 18.2 and up, there’s been lots of game slowdown and bugs going up whenever I play the mobile Animal Crossing installment on my third generation iPhone SE with slight lag and loading issues after the big update. Games’ still enjoyable however with its game mechanics and gameplay after upgrading from Pocket Camp to the new Pocket Camp Complete app. It is fun though to repeat and would give it a 5 out of 5, just needs a slight update to be Apple Bionic Chip 15-friendly to keep up due to lag and bugs happening after the big update. But otherwise I enjoy hanging out with my Animal campers, helping solve problems and the art style and would recommend this game to lots of hardcore Animal Crossing fans since New Leaf or New Horizons on Switch. -- RileyShish, 2025-01-22 ### ****- "Happy to put my skepticism to rest!" Okay, I was a little skeptical when Nintendo announced that they were closing out the old app for a new paid one but I love this so much more and I honestly forgot how much the app entails. I LOVE that there are no more micro transactions and that it’s easier to get leaf points now. Things feel a lot more attainable, I’m really glad that I was able to keep my campsite and I’m really excited to be able to get old cookie items that weren’t as attainable in the old version. My only complaint is that I can’t visit friend’s campsites/have them visit mine, it’s not really huge deal but I do really love the social element to these games. The calendar widget is back, the friends-feature has been handled very delicately with cards, whistle pass and random help with garden events from players acquired by card-collecting…it’s everything I could have wanted from this app and more. Unfortunately, Animal Crossing PC Complete is no exception to this. I was very open minded about the new game and excited about some of the changes, but so far I have not found much joy in the additions and find myself missing the things that were taken away (especially the Market box). I was looking forward to acquainting myself with Whistle Pass but soon realized that it was no more than a gimmick. Without a market box, there is no point of me collecting special items anymore, bc it is not fun to sell them just to the game. A huge benefit of the new game is supposed to be no in app purchases and easier to get leaf tickets (which have been renamed) but now I have 500 leaf tickets and there is no more resource management, so I find myself just spending it on things I don’t really want or care about. I really miss the online features and interaction with friends. The “Camp Cards” are just as impotent as the concert at Whistle Pass and clearly only exist to make up for taking AWAY our friends interactions. It wouldn’t exist otherwise and is really odd. Each “friend” might as well be an NPC. I bought the new game bc I knew I loved the franchise so much and couldn’t go without it. I told myself to be patient and it will be an adjustment period but eventually I will get used to it.
