I can’t search for items I want anymore, it keeps showing error and never load any things
Frozen account
I’m trying to get customer service to know why my account was freezed, if the app was subtitled in English I would have known what went wrong but I don’t know how to unfreeze my account. Please help!!

Nice app, it says the application supports some languages including English but nothing like that popped up after downloading it. Now I’m trying to figure out how to switch to English (if there’s really English tho) 🤔

Very resourceful but I wish it had English sections, a lot of foreigners can’t understand Chinese and so requires help from someone but sometimes I just want to do the shopping alone so if you guys can please make an effort to include language options to accommodate the non Chinese speakers in china that would really be so great, other than that, taobao Is my favorite shopping app.
