Delivery speed is absolutely atrocious. Ordering during meal times results in extremely slow delivery, took two hours just to pick the order. The delivery driver constantly detours to pick up other orders before delivering, sometimes spending a long time at one address without moving. There's no complaint channel, customer service repeatedly responds with the same scripted replies, polite but utterly ineffective. Avoid if possible, extremely disappointing.

Takes like 2 hours to arrive
1. Deliver always delayed sometimes more than 40mins. All food is cold and noodles are ruined cannot be eaten. 2. There is no way to communicate back to the service provider, only by email. But cannot solve any problems. 3. Compare to Uber Eat and DoorDash, this is cheaper, but food is cold or ruined. From order to delivery need to wait more than 2 hours. Uber eat and DoorDash would be much better option.

登陆的时候有个选项“是否开启face id 登陆”每次都选的都是否,可是在“账号与隐私”设置那里这一项每次都是开启的
Ordered from them twice and both times they have spilt the products. They use paper bags and don’t let you know if the order was spilt on the ride. Both orders broke within 2 minutes of receiving the order and spilt in the lobby of my apartment block. When I gave a bad review the customer service caller called me and said my review was invalid before discussing with me. After a discussion they informed me that they hadn’t contacted the driver yet and needed to discuss with them first. I don’t understand how any customer service can call and blame the customer before they get a general understanding of the situation.
