단기임대 찾을 때 정말 유용한 앱이에요. UI도 깔끔하고 계약 절차도 앱 안에서 간편하게 처리할 수 있어요.
다만, 입주 전에 실제 집 상태나 옵션은 한 번 더 확인하는 게 좋아요. 집마다 관리 주체가 달라서 앱 정보와 실물에 약간 차이가 있는 경우도 있었어요. 그래도 전체적으로는 만족스럽습니다.

집 계약 초기 편리성은 인정합니다만 꼭 주 단위가 아니라 며칠 단위로도 할수 있으면 너무 좋겠네요. 입주를 해보기 전까지는 알수 있는 부분이 제약적인 부분도 있었고 입주후 집주인이 말을 바꿔 관리비에 포함된 사항들이 지켜지지 않아서 다시 방을 구하고 호텔에 사는 동안 그 불편함과 비용은 온전히 책임져야 하는 경험을 했습니다. 단순히 플랫폼으로써 중간 계약인이 아니라 주거공간 공급자에대한 관리와 점검을 하는 것 또한 필요하다고 생각합니다.

먼저 에어비엔비로 정자동 판교등 한달씩 다주 이용하다가 삼삼엠투는 처음으로 이용했은데 완전 후회 실망입니다.  호스트 계약전후에 말바꾸기 그리고 상태가 너무 나쁜 숙소인데도 입주후에는 무조건 호스트랑 애기하라고 하며 책임회피합니다.  계약금만 받으면 끝인가 봅니다.   2024년 10월 4주계약중인데 아직도 3주가 남았는데 손해보고라도 퇴실 해야할것 같습니다.  침대는 스프링이 손 발로 느껴지며… 정말 사진찍어서 올리고 싶습니다.  Tv 는 최대한올려도 겨우들려서 궁금해 브랜드를 찾아 봤는데 브랜드가 보이지 않네요,  인터컴은 고장인지 고의 인지 안되고. 누가왔느지 볼수도 없으니 안전상 문제가 있는데 호스트는 연락이 없고 삼삼엠투는 역시 호스트한테 연락하라고 하고.  한국소비자원에도 연락중입니다.  조심 또 조심하시고 다른곳 이용하시는게 몸 정신건강에 좋을듯 하네요.

공실로 놀던 원룸으로 수익을 창출하게 되었고, 이제는 점차적으로 갯수를 늘려 수익울 창출해볼까 합니다. 타어플보다 수수료도 저렴하고, 보중금 33만원 제도로 호스트에게 안전감을 줍니다. 또한 이용하시는 게스트에게도 저렴하게 매칭해주어서 좋았습니다. 참고로 보통 일주일안으로 매칭 된다고 합니다.
