2. Batch edit and process tasks efficiently without redundancy.
3. Maintain a checklist revision history to track the status of recurring tasks over time.
4. Enable cross-user collaboration and sync data across platforms in real time for maximum productivity. 
5. Take full advantage of iOS features like lock screen widgets, home screen widgets, split-screen mode on iPad, and freeform scheduling.
6. Offer calendar and schedule views.
7. Enable a four-quadrant task matrix for time management.
8. Perform fast task searches.
