Worth paying for the upgrade. 
Once get the hang of the menus it's quick and easy to use and a god send instead of remembering how long since last feed.
Great graph for looking at patterns of feeding and nappies. I don't use half the functionality just feeding and nappy change.
Can set up so 2 people can have on phone by syncing by Dropbox which is good as data not sent anywhere but your own storage.
Great app, only found it after baby was 3 weeks old, wish we had it from birth as would be great to track more info.

This app is Amazing... It's so user friendly and let's you update very quickly as you are so busy attending to your new baby. It's simple and shows you patterns, times and averages for sleep, feeding, nappy and more. I mostly just use the feeding and sleep as my baby is now 5 months old. I particularly like the pattern graph so that I can expect and derive a routine from her already established cycle of events. Highly recommended... Worth upgrading too

For those first few weeks it really helps you with the nursing and sleep record. It's hard to remember what happened in the wee small hours, through sleep deprivation and repetition. Doubt I'll use it for the full year, but wish I'd had this for my first baby.

Picture the scene, you've arrived home after a stressful arduous labour, you and your partner have had little or no sleep for days. You will find yourself unable to remember when you've fed, changed or burped your little bundle of joy, this app not only tracks the lot, it records it puts it into charts and estimates when the next feed, change is due. A must for new parents. Highly recommended.

Great program highly recommended. I'd make 3 changes: 1. Font size. Cruelly small for a mom to read at 3am in the dark. 2. It's very editable but I can't figure out a way just to delete an entry completely. 3. The analytic pages aren't the most helpful. I'd like to be able to easily see the length if time between sleeps and between feedings. 
However I only spent my time writing this critique because I think the app is invaluable. Thanks for creating it. It makes a hard Jon much easier.

You can record and keep track of every nappy change, feed, bath and sleep as well as milestones and precious moments with your little bundle. Esp for in the midst of the 'new parenthood' whirlwind when you have no idea what day or time it is, never mind the time of the last feed etc!

A great little app that helps you keep track of pretty much everything- especially when you have no brain in the first few days. It would be great if some of the buttons like the pause, play buttons etc were a little bit bigger because your hand to eye coordination gets a bit lost at this time!
